Our dear friend and co-worker Melissa has been battling with her health over the past four+ months, mostly from complications of Covid. It all began around the fall of 2021 when she contracted Covid and then it seemed like one complete bad luck spiral - multiple Doctor’s appts, ambulance rides, procedures, and long hospital stays. To top it off, she has had to be on oxygen the whole time, causing even more issues.

There’s no doubt that Melissa’s journey is that of a warrior. Her relentless spirit and fight that has taken place over the past several months is inspiring. As you can imagine, it has been extremely hard for her family including her husband, Joey and nine-year old daughter, Morgan.

Melissa is one of the kindest souls and she doesn’t ask for much. Her and her husband have and continue to support their local community and have given countless hours as a firefighter and emergency services director in their local Brillion community. There’s no doubt the impact of the lives they have touched with such dedication is significant.

Realistically, you can imagine the costs associated from day-to-day expenses, multiple visits, and vital medications needed to keep her strong and healthy can be a heavy burden. This is where the donations come in! The money raised through his Go Fund Me account will go directly to Melissa and her family. These funds will help offset the daily and monthly expenses for her as well as any future needs.
