Support Melissa's Birthday Self-Care

I am raising money for Melissa to self-care for her birthday this year. She has mentioned she would like to touch up and add to her tattoo but never feels it is the right time to "frivolously" spend money on it. I would like to give her the chance to do this for herself, guilt-free.
