Support Melissa's Urgent Heart Surgery

Hello everyone. My name is Melissa Koloc maiden name. My name now is Melissa Lockwood/ Evans. I lost my health insurance for the month of May. Not knowing I was sick. Had tons of testing done in April, 2024. The results are I need a triple bypass. 1 artery is 100 percent blocked. 1 is 95 and 1 is at 75 percent blocked. And I have been very sick. My insurance kicks in June 1st. My husband is a Veteran who served our country. He was in the Gulf war driving tanker trucks with water to our boys on the front lines, whom is 100 percent disabled, due to PTSD that started later in our lives. I have a beautiful daughter and 2 grand daughters that are my world. And my mom and sister. I am reaching out and asking for help for my surgery. Accounting department called me yesterday and said put if of. And I cannot do that. It was to be May 15 and my doctor needed to reschedule till May 23rd. I’ve never asked for help from anyone. I am now. To put towards my medical expenses not covered. I want to thank you for your time and love and prayers. More updates to come. But tomorrow is the big day. So I hope I wake and hope all goes well. And we would like to thank everyone that read this. Heart disease runs in our family. They all passed way to young from heart attacks or other heart issues.
