Support Mengyu's Book on Migration
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Mengyu. I am a graduate student of journalism at Stanford University. Over the past two years, I have been documenting migration stories from around the globe. Currently, I am taking a leave of absence to focus entirely on a book project that highlights the experiences of asylum seekers from China, one of the fastest-growing migrant groups at the southern US border.
I need your help to make this book a reality!
To tell these stories, I often travel to places that are hostile to journalists. I have conducted interviews in the cities of Ecuador, in border towns of Colombia, in the rainforests of Panama, and in the deserts along the US-Mexico border. Your donation will allow me to continue to do thorough research in the safest manner possible. Funds raised will cover travel and production costs. Thank you so much for your support!
