Breaking Stigmas & Inspiring Change
Hello, I'm Dr. Leslie Rogers, the founder and owner of *Mental Health Talk, LLC. My mission is to break the silence around mental health and dismantle the stigmas that often prevent open, honest discussions. Through the Mental Health Talk Magazine, we raise awareness by sharing personal and professional stories, including those from industry experts. These stories instill hope, empower individuals, and encourage engagement in mental health services. Now, more than ever, we need your help to continue expanding awareness about mental health, a topic that’s often sensitive but vitally important.
Why This Matters:
Mental health impacts us all. Whether directly or through someone we care about, it's personal. For me, this mission is deeply rooted in my personal and professional experiences, and it fuels my passion for this work.
Projects: The Mental Health Talk Magazine is now sponsoring the Men Suffer Too! initiative. Men Suffer Too! was created to provide a safe and supportive space for men to openly discuss their mental health challenges and seek the help they need.
Our Goals:
With your support, we aim to publish more impactful editions of *Mental Health Talk Magazine*, host nationwide *Men Suffer Too!* retreats, and continue sharing inspiring personal stories and expert insights. Together, we can create meaningful change, spark important conversations, and provide support that empowers individuals to take charge of their mental health.
Funding Goal:
We are aiming to raise $80,000 to cover the production costs of *Mental Health Talk Magazine*, organize nationwide *Men Suffer Too!* retreats, and support staffing needs. These funds will help us expand our reach, provide critical mental health resources, and continue our mission of breaking stigmas and fostering open conversations.
How Your Contribution Helps:
Your donation will directly support key areas such as graphic design, printing, content creation, distribution, outreach, and staffing for both *Mental Health Talk Magazine* and our *Men Suffer Too!* retreats. Every dollar moves us closer to our $80,000 goal, ensuring that we can continue to publish valuable content, expand our impact through retreats, and reach more individuals in need of mental health support. Your contribution plays a vital role in sustaining and growing our efforts to make a lasting difference.
