Support Mesfin Mekonnen's Legal Defense

Our brother, Mesfin Mekonnen, was involved in an accident with a bicyclist on February 13, 2024, which resulted, regrettably, in the loss of life. After a lengthy investigation, the district attorney filed a charge against Mesfin for gross negligence that might have a serious consequence unless he fights for his innocence by hiring a personal defense attorney. However, Mesfin faces considerable legal expenses, which, combined with his loss of income, have created an urgent need for support. Consequently, we are seeking your assistance in helping him to emerge free from this difficult situation by pitching in, so he can continue fighting for his innocence. ዉድ ወንሞችና እህቶች፤

ወንድማችን መስፍን መኮንን የመኪና አደጋ ከባይስክሊስት ጋር 2/13/24 ገጥሞት በሚያሳዝን ሁኔታ የባይስክሊስቷ ህይዎት ወዲያውኑ አልፏል። ምንም እንኳ መስፍን በጠፋው ህይወት ልቡ እጅግ በጣም የተሰበረ ቢሆንም ለጥፋቱ መከሰት ምክንያቱ እሱ እንዳልሆነ ጠበቃ አቁሞ በመታገል ላይ ይገኛል። ይሁንና አቃቤ ህግ ጥፋቱ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመስፍን ነዉ በሚል ክስ መስርቶበታል። የክሱ መሠረት ከባድ እንደመሆኑ ሁሉ ውጤቱም የከፋ እንደሚሆን ጥርጥር የለዉም፣ ስለዚህ መስፍን በጠበቃዉ በኩል የሞት የሽረት ትግል ካላደረገ በቀር ዉጤቱ የከፋ ይሆናል። መስፍን ይህንን የተወሳሰበ ሁኔታ በግሉ ታግሎ ሊወጣዉ ስለማይችል የወገን ጥሪ አስፈላጊ ሆኖ አግኝተነዋል። ስለዚህ ዉድ ወንድሞቻችንና እህቶቻችን የምትችሉትን ያህል የጠበቃ ወጩን እንድንረዳዉ በትህትና እንጠይቃለን።
