Support Mia's Family: Fire Took Everything

Hi everyone, my name is Mia Hakian. I am a student at USC. My family's home burnt down Tuesday night during the early hours of the Eaton fire. We didn't expect it to escalate as quickly as it did, and by the time we realized the severity it was too late to save many of our valuables and possessions.

My mom and I evacuated but my dad stayed and tried to save the house alone. While hosing down the roof with a garden hose, the wind blew over his ladder, stranding him on the roof without a phone. He had to jump off the roof. Despite his best efforts we lost our house around 4am on Wednesday.

My parents and I lost everything. As we regroup and figure out how to move forward after this tragedy, any funds help.
