Support Michael McClellan's Final Journey

Hello everybody. Most who will see this GoFundMe will either be friends or family. My brother Michael McClellan passed away on July 14th 2024 in Pell City Alabama. This was very unexpected and has taken us all by surprise. Unfortunately, like most of us today, we live paycheck to paycheck and do not have the funds to cover the cost of the cremation and ultimate delivery of my brothers ashes back here to the State of Kansas.

I really hate to be in a position where I have to ask for help, but I have to. The State of Alabama will only hold his body for so long before the State takes custody. I don't want that to happen. Their is no dignity in that.

So if you can help, please do. If you can't help, I understand. My brother had his struggles like most of us do and I can't believe I am even having to type these words. I am numb.

I want everyone who sees this fundraiser to remember that life is short and precious. We never know when God will call us home. Take a moment to tell those close to you how much you love them. Cancel grudges and reach out to friends and family and plan a lunch or coffee date, catch up and let them know that you care and that they are important to you. Life is just to short not to do so.
