My name is Michael Smith. As a lot of you know, I'm dealing with stage 5 renal failure and I'm on dialysis 5 days a week. I'm disabled and receive social security that doesn't even pay my monthly bills, so I work on the side doing odd jobs, anything to help pay my bills.

Well, today I fell off a roof 12 plus feet and landed on my feet. I broke my right heel and fractured the left. They are sending me to UK hospital for emergency surgery on my right foot, and I'll be down 8 plus weeks.
