Support Michael Whitlow

At the beginning of Summer 2018 Michael noticed he was feeling a bit slower than normal and easily out of breath.  As one who knows his body well, he went to his doctor for extensive tests. In July, Michael was diagnosed with T-Cell Lymphoma. Michael underwent a rigorous chemo and radiation treatment but in mid-October he was struck with Guillian-Barre syndrome, a side effect of this intense treatment, that has left him temporarily paralyzed with his treatments on hold. 

Michael’s mother, Sandra, has been by his side at the hospital morning, noon, and night.

If you know Michael, his strong will is keeping him going every day. He looks forward to his therapies, completes his exercises multiple times a day, and most of all looks forward to visits from his family and friends.

Any funds collected here will go straight to Michael and his mom and be used to help pay medical bills & hospital expenses as he continues going through treatments, tests and rehabs. Although he is lucky enough to have insurance, insurance only covers a fraction of the amount needed to pay for all of these bills and finances are the last thing anyone should have to worry about.
