My name is Michael Converse. I'm a Combat Veteran who's luck didn't fair so well in Iraq, coming home with multiple Purple Hearts, severe PTSD and Traumatic brain injuries. I've been in and out of hospitals ever since my medical-under Honorable discharge in 2008. I bought my home in 2010 way up in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado to get away from most folks. Unfortunately, due to mounting medical bills and rocketing cost of living, I have fell a few months behind on my mortgage. My home is my sanctuary. It is where I feel the safest, where I can enjoy all 4 seasons and the serenity of fishing.
