Support Micheal's Family .

Hi ,

My name is Emily .

Our sister's husband Micheal has been ill for some time. Recently he was rushed to the hospital in critical condition. Although doctors have run a multitude of tests , no conclusive cause for the current situation has been found .

Micheal has been in a medically induced coma for more then 3 weeks to help his body heal. For a time it was thought to be meningitis, but still no sure diagnosis.

The funds raised will cover mortgage payments and trips to the city as well as ambulance (air and ground ).

We are looking to help Lena our sister and her family with this fundraiser.

Lena is also currently recovering from a shoulder surgery and not working at the moment, so that she can spend time in the hospital with Michael.

UPDATE DEC . 9

During the last week one Anti-seizure medication has been taken off .

Micheal has not come out of the coma even though the sedation meds are off .

UPDATE DEC 11th.

Doctors will be reducing Seizure medications over the next weeks . there is no Seizure activity at the time , but abnormal brain activity.

Doctor suspect the cause for Michael's illnes to be a virus.

continued testing has not proven to be successful in finding a definitive source or diagnosis.
