Hi everyone, my sister and I are starting this GoFundMe to help our Mom get the upgrades she needs to her food truck so she can take her business to the next level.

Cooking has been her passion since before we were born, but like most moms, she set her dreams of being a professional chef and running her own restaurant to the side so she could raise us, mostly on her own.

Our mom has worked hard, saving and planning, and never letting any set backs keep her down until she was finally able to buy her food truck and open Micky’s Rollin Bistro two years ago! Now, she is putting in that same work she always has to make this business a success.

The truck is operational, and Mom is grinding like every successful entrepreneur has to, however, the truck does need:

A new inverted generator so that it is not as loud.

Repairs to the exhaust fan on the top of the truck.

The health inspection so she can book the types of events that require a license.

We would be eternally grateful for any support you can offer to help us reach our goal of raising $8000 so she can pay for the labor and materials needed to get the upgrades she needs and pay for the health inspection. Our Mom’s cooking is a gift anyone who has tasted her food can vouch for, so please help my sister and I in this fundraiser to help our Mom keep growing this business she has finally made a reality after years of sacrifice and never giving up on her dream!
