Support Detained Migrants

We are thrilled to share that Books for Migrants is in a very exciting state of transition! For the past four years, we have been providing library materials to detained migrants across the United States, thanks to your generous support. Now, we are planning to expand our programs and services to further support detained migrants’ well-being. All of our new initiatives are being designed based on feedback from those who have benefited from our library materials.

In order to make this happen, we need your continued support. We are launching this fundraiser in order to have a pool of general operations funds. This funding may be used for any of the following things, among others:

In the near future, Books for Migrants will be renamed “Migrant Support Collective.” This new name will reflect the expanded programs and services that we plan to provide.

As a completely volunteer-run mutual aid fund, we depend on your donations to keep us going. We invite you to be part of creating a world where migrants live free from the injustices of detention.
