Support Mikaela and Devin After Tragic Loss
Donation protected
For those of you who don’t know me, my names Alex and I’m making this page for 2 of my dearest friends, Mikaela and Devin. These two are some of the kindest and selfless people I have ever met.
Devin, who is now a Worcester, MA police officer served our country for 4 years in the Army infantry.
Mikaela, my best friend/bonus sister of 16 years, who being a mom was all she hoped for and would do absolutely anything and everything for anyone who needed it.
If there is any way you could help them through this extremely difficult time I know it would mean the world to them.
Your kindness and thoughtfulness will never be forgotten ❤️
We are heartbroken to share that Tatum, a beautiful 13-month-old baby girl, has tragically passed away. Born as a miracle through IUI to her loving parents, Mikaela and Devin, Tatum brought light and joy to everyone who knew her. Tatum was such a smart baby who loved to learn about the world around her. She loved smiling, clapping, watching Miss Rachel, waiving, peekaboo and her xylophone.
Despite being born with a congenital disorder called CFTD, which caused muscle weakness and made basic milestones like eating, sitting, crawling, and standing a challenge, Tatum defied the odds every day of her life. Through immense effort and determination, she achieved incredible milestones by the end of her short but remarkable life.
Though Tatum's respiratory system was initially thought to be strong, a simple cold caused severe complications that led to respiratory failure and, ultimately, her passing on Tuesday, December 17.
During her life, Mikaela and Devin dedicated countless hours to working with specialists, ensuring that Tatum received the best possible care. However, the financial burden of outstanding medical bills have left them facing significant costs after her passing.
In honor of Tatum’s spirit and to help ease the financial strain on her family, we are asking for your support to help Tatum’s family manage the medical expenses that have come with their heartbreaking loss.
