Support Mike Eckes' Battle with West Nile Virus

I am starting this on behalf of my Uncle Mike Eckes. He was diagnosed with West Nile Virus about 6 weeks ago and has been laid up ever since... this unpredictable disease has affected his joints and muscles mostly in his legs, feet and hip areas which produces alot of burning and tingling pain. This affects his everday life of walking and sleeping which in turn has taken a toll on his mental well being...As many of you know Mike is a self employed Construction owner for many years in the Langdon Edmore and surrounding areas and has been without work due to this illness. As of right now he is staying with my Aunt Vickie Hultstrand in Bismarck due to him being so weak and needing help.. She has been faithfully taking care of him and getting him to his Dr. Appts. and trying to keep him as comfortable as possible. Due to medical Dr's. Not knowing much about this disease and treating it they have chosen an alternative route ( Hoalistic medicine):: which includes Iv fluids, Ultrasonic wave frequency therapy, Vitamin C infusions, Nutrient infusions and Glutathione ( which is a powerful antioxidant and immune booster) It is definately helping but the immense pain denies him of good sleep....Mike does have self paid Health ins.
