Miles was found wandering the streets on April 24th and two kind women decided to bring him to our hospital, Symphony Veterinary Center on the Upper West Side. Bystanders said that he was wandering around confused for hours and then hit by a car. He has a lot of scrapes and bruises and is blind in both eyes- it is unclear right now if this is a result of trauma or he was born this way, but we are committed to helping this boy however we can. We are fundraising to help get him to a veterinary ophthalmologist so he can have the care he needs- and hopefully see again!

In the time that we've had him, he's been the best boy! He is kind, gentle and house trained. He walks well on a leash and is comfortable on the sidewalks. We will continue to share updates as we get to know him.

His medical needs are being cared for this week in hospital, but we are hoping to partner with a rescue, foster or adopter in the next week to find this baby a home for the rest of his recovery. Please email or call Symphony Vet Center with inquiries.
