Donation protected

Hi, my name is Nasreen El-Shabazz. I am the reigning Miss Black CA USA Talented Teen representing the entire state of California and would love your support.  In preparation for the national competition, I have each set up a GoFundMe page to help raise funds to cover cost of my dresses, travel, training and much more. Moreover, Lu Sierra, the talented former supermodel, and world’s leading runway expert for the modeling industry and many major pageant systems such as Miss America, Americas Ideal Miss, Volunteer America, and Miss USA/Miss Universe to name just a few, is one of the many sponsors preparing me for the national 2022 Miss Black USA Scholarship Pageant that will be held August 7, 2022, in Washington, D.C.

ABOUT ME
I am the youngest of ten siblings.  I am beauty and brains that shine bright like a diamond. As a young and talented creative, I am a triple threat and was taught at a very early age to always wear my C.A.P. (Confidence, Awareness and Pride).  Therefore, all that I do, I do with the spirit of excellance.  I dance, act, model, sing, cook, and love doing make-up.  My beautiful smile and sweet personality mesmerize everyone that encounters my presents.  I am a phenomenal young lady, phenomenally that's me.

Since I was three years old, my dedication coupled with my amazing talent as an artist has allowed me the opportunity to interact and perform for some pretty incredible events in front of legends. As the 2018 queen for the Little Miss African American Scholarship Pageant,  I performed for the legendary Berry Gordy of Motown at their 11th  Annual “Friends of Fuller Gordy Strikefest”, presented speeches for LA Mayor's office 2019 and 2022  Black History Month events, shared the stage on the RuPaul Show with Miss Teen USA, Nia Kaliegh Garris, the late and very phenomenal Miss USA, Cheslie Kryst, Miss America, Nia Franklin and appeared on OWN TV show, "Homemade Simply" with Laila Ali.

As a young upcoming actress, I have booked numerous jobs with again some phenomenal talent that included but not limited to music videos with artists such as gospel singer Eric Campbell, pop artist Justin Bieber ft. Chance the Rapper, Chris Star – WHOA ft. Ty Hibbard, fashion shows during 2020 LA Fashion Week, magazine interview with Voyage LA, cast member for the Disney Quizney Show, performance for Jamie Foxx project, Ninjago/photo shoot for Netflix in 2017, commercials and ads with Nike, Rocket Mortgage, Walmart, NBA and the list goes on.  My many accomplishments in the entertainment industry thus far are without a doubt a clear example of my passion and dedication to my craft.

Of my greatest accomplishments thus far, one of the most rewarding is being an honor roll student with a 3.8-4.0 GPA at Victory Valley High School, volunteering at my church, West Angeles Cogic God In Christ as a praise dancer, volunteering for the Victor Valley Library, serving food to the homeless community and being awarded 1st place in the 2018 and 2019 for the Athletic Cheerleading Championship.

I know that I am destined for greatness.  I pledge to keep my eyes  on the prize of being a force my ancestors can be proud of because I will  have a positive voice in my community and the world paving the way for other young ladies like myself.

Thank you in advance for your prayers and generous contribution to my journey to become the next Miss Black USA Talented Teen of which would be a first for the state of California in  the national  pageant's 36 year in existance.

Love
