Support Monica Faulk's Road to Recovery

Hello All,

My name is Summer Miller-Walfish. This fundraiser is for my cousin Monica Faulk. On Friday, June 21st 2024 Monica suffered what appears to be a massive stroke which caused bleeding in her brain. She was life-flighted to UPMC Presbyterian hospital in Pittsburgh, where doctors were able to save her life. She is currently on life support in critical condition.

Monica is a very warm, caring, giving person who loves to help her friends and family whenever she can but she is now in need of help herself. The funds raised here will go to her mother Rebecca Faulk, who will use the funds to cover lodging, food, transportation, medical bills, and any other incidental costs that might come up. As we do not yet know what the next days, weeks, and months will hold for Monica it was a bit hard to determine a fundraising goal, but my hope is that we will be able to meet and surpass this $5,000 goal.

As many of you may know, Monica has always loved to sing. I am holding on to an image in my head of Monica standing in front of me singing and smiling, back to her healthy self. I hope you will join me in envisioning a return to good health for her!
