Support Mountain Glass Arts Recovery Efforts

Hello my name is Chris and I founded Mountain Glass Arts in 2002. Our goal has always been to provide quality customer service, fast shipping and low prices, and improve the way our industry was doing business.

We settled into this location in 2012 and have watched the RAD grow up around us. It has been gut wrenching and terrible to watch as our whole city and the RAD suffer un-imaginable flooding. We were first forecast 3 feet of water in the building and ended up with 16 feet. Our roof and a major wall collapsed, and the building will likely be condemed. We lost everything in that building.

We have heard from so many of our customers, new and old since this hurricane came through and we appreciate very much that you are asking for somewhere to donate. We are doing our best to keep the dream alive by scrambling to shift resources and order new inventory and needed equipment to our smaller Eugene store, and the 4 of us here are working hard to keep up with the flow of orders you all have provided. Thank you.

For now, if you want to help out with us continuing operations, we would really appreciate any help. This Go Fund Me is for our general store operations, Asheville cleanup, and money will be used to keep MGA open, replace inventory, replace equipment, pay bills from the closed location, payroll to keep people on, keep operating and address any needs we currently have. With your support we hopefully once again will be thriving.

We ship to all 50 states, and all over the world. If you have ever spoken to our sales staff you know we have a unique, kind, respectful and fun way of helping people get their glassblowing supplies. We don't care if our customers spend $1 or $1,000, we treat everyone the same. You can get solid advice on how to set up your entire shop, or just pick up a single stick of color.
