Dear MCA Community,
Many of you know our beloved Mrs. Mann (formerly Ms. Hershberger) . She has taught second grade at MCA for 4 years and has become a staple of our school community. She is the epitome of a dedicated educator and she can always be found at school movie nights, 5ks, senior thesis presentations, and more. We will never be able to repay her for the ways she has brightened the hallways of our school and touched the hearts of our students and staff.
Mrs. Mann has recently been diagnosed with Stage 3 Hodgkin's Lymphoma. She has already begun the grueling process of chemotherapy treatment which, at minimum, will continue until the end of August. We want Mrs. Mann to spend 100% of her energy on fighting and beating this disease, and we do not want her worrying about any additional expenses that she will inevitably encounter!
