Support Muhannad in leaving Gaza and get to safety

Hi, my name is Laura, I live in Colorado, US, and I am terrified of what is happening in Gaza.
In the last six months I learned so many things about the world and my views have completely changed.
Like many of you, I have been watching, almost in real time, the genocide of Palestinians unfolding with the complicity of the white western societies and governments. Well, not in my name!
I have been doing whatever I could to help Palestinians because I think that, big or small, people’s actions are those that make a difference in life.
And life, safe and dignified, is what the Palestinians deserve but have been denied for more than 75 years! This illegal and violent occupation must stop once and for all!
The menace of the last and most destructive attack, in Rafah, is putting all the survivors in huge danger and feelings of despair and hopelessness are growing.
But not for this 17 years old, Muhannad, from Gaza. He is so hungry, not only for food, but for life! He wants to live, study, work and grow old so badly that he is trying his best to get out of Gaza. We talk every day and despite the conditions he is living in, he shows so
much determination and commitment to life, to a future for himself. Today he taught me this saying, translated to English: “Be optimistic about the good and you will find it”.
Leaving his country and family behind has a high cost and rebuilding a life somewhere else comes with even greater costs, financial and emotional.
With this campaign we hope to raise funds to get him out of this hell and start over.
Let’s give him the chance to be what he is destined to be!
