Hi, my name is Caroline and I am raising funds for a dear friend in Gaza, Anas Arafat.

Anas is a lawyer and human rights advocate who has been helping people in Gaza for many years.

Thank you to everyone who has supported the work that Anas and a small team of volunteers do. Every single donation counts and gets vital aid to people who are displaced.

Now it is winter in Gaza, the focus is on providing bread, hot meals, clean water, warm clothes, baby milk, pampers, medicine, blankets and mattresses.

One of the most powerful things we can do right now to help people in Gaza is to support mutual aid initiatives. Mutual aid works because people who are there on the ground can see what is needed most in terms of disaster relief for the people who are impacted.

Anas has helped bring water trucks to supply clean drinking water to people in need, cooked up large meals such as rice for people, provided parcels of cleaning products, helped people find a tent if they need shelter, and much more.
