Support my 5 month mission with YWAM!

Over the past year, I have felt a growing desire inside of me to devote my time fully to God, to grow in my relationship with Him and to be stretched in the way that I serve Him. This is why I applied to be a part of a humanitarian mission trip through Youth With A Mission (YWAM).

In January 2025, I will begin my journey on base with YWAM in Louisville, KY by spending three months in the school, Discipleship Training School (DTS), learning about all aspects of the Christian faith and digging deep into the Bible. The school I will be going to also has a particular focus on worship in our relationship with Jesus, that intimacy with Him can change our lives and change the nations. Following the schooling, I will spend two months going on a mission abroad to share Jesus and to serve communities in the places where we are based.

While overseas on mission, here are a few things our team will be doing:

- partnering with local churches

- music, drama, and sports

- basic health/care

- spending time with kids/youth

I fully expect that my five months with YWAM will come with challenges and changes from my normal, however I believe that God is calling me to serve Him wholeheartedly in this time and that through it He will expand me in so many ways.

YWAM is voluntary and self-funded which means that I need to gather the funds needed for the course fees, travel insurance and travel costs independently.
