Support my Appalachian Trail Thru-Hike!

Hello All,

My name is Katie, and I am an avid hiker and outdoors enthusiast. I recently completed my Bachelor of Science in Physics and am looking to complete another life-long goal of thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail.

In 2022 I made my first attempt. I hiked 470 miles from Georgia to Virginia, where I fell ill and had to leave the trail. Due to many different reasons, I was unable to get back on and complete the thru-hike.

Since that day, I have spent hours, days even, planning my next attempt. If you've hiked the AT before, or even just dreamed of it, you know how powerful and important it can feel. I finally have another opportunity to complete this endeavor, but I need your help.

While it's technically free to hike, in order to complete a thru-hike, one must resupply on food, do laundry, shower, and other necessities the trail itself can't provide. Recently completing my degree means most of my income has gone towards paying for college.
