Hi, I'm Jakub. I'm raising funds to support my family after the wildfire in Jasper destroyed my woodworking shop and caused significant losses.

Nine years ago, I moved to Jasper to pursue my snowboarding dreams and discovered a passion for woodworking. I invested every dollar into building my shop, starting small with handmade spoons and cutting boards at the local market. Over time, my business grew, and I was able to make a living from my craft.

This spring, I underwent shoulder surgery, and just as I was returning to work, my shop was destroyed in a wildfire that devastated Jasper last week. Everything I built, every project, and every tool is gone. My 2.5-year-old son loved the shop, and it's heartbreaking to explain to him that his special place is no longer there."
