Support my father Gilles in his battle against Cancer

I am reaching out with a heavy heart to share the story of my father, Gilles, who has been the backbone of his small business and our family.

For the past decade, he has been dedicated, tirelessly running his one-man operation to support our family at the expense of his personal health.

However, recently, Gilles was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer with brain metastases. To fight this devastating disease, he is to begin radiotherapy (and there’s a lot more to come), which is going to be physically and emotionally taxing for both him and my mother, who is his primary caregiver.

As you can imagine, his recent diagnostic is a crushing burden on our family.

• Daily living expenses: The business has been significantly impacted by Gilles’s unexpected illness.

• Support for my mother: who is also navigating the toll of caregiving and the emotional and financial weight of the situation.
