Hello everyone,

The Eaton Canyon fire swept through our community, forcing my dad, Luis, and my 86-year-old grandpa, Luis Sr., to abandon their home of 27 years, which was lost in an instant to the flames. It was one of the first homes destroyed in the fire.

My family has lost everything from the space that held our cherished memories, belongings, and the necessities my dad worked so hard to provide over the years.

It is heartbreaking to see how this devastating reality has impacted my dad, grandpa, and all of their friends and neighbors.

This fundraiser aims to cover essentials such as housing, clothing, food, and some of the items they lost in the fire.

At times, it feels overwhelming to add our name to the long list of families in need within our community—but we are truly grateful for the mutual aid opportunities available.
