Karen MacNiven’s memorial fund to support my Dad.

My mom, Karen Ann MacNiven passed away on August 30, 2024. She was surrounded by love and prayers. It was a bittersweet transition as my Mom had a challenging life, but she loved the way she knew how… and that was with food. She could cook and my dad primarily benefited from that for 51 years!

In lieu of, flowers or gifts I would love to support my dad with a year subscription to blue apron which will provide for meals a week that he could cook. He’s a humble man and wouldn’t ask for anything, but I know he would greatly appreciate this gesture. Any additional funds will go towards funeral costs.

May my mom be fully in peace, out of pain, embraced by our loved ones who’ve passed before her and to be in beauty and joy of the afterlife.
