Dear friends, family, and supporters,

My name is Bashar Sari from Jerusalem, and I am reaching out to you today with a humble request for your assistance. I am a dedicated student and passionate changemaker, currently pursuing my MBA at Augsburg University in Minnesota. In the last seven years, I have been committed to making a positive impact in my community, through workshops and events that aim to empower youth and provide guidance to those who need it, which is essential for limiting the spread of outbreaks of violence in the Region.

Throughout my academic journey, I have maintained a 3.75 GPA, always striving for excellence and using my education as a tool to drive change.

However, this semester has been particularly challenging for me. Recently, I was given an opportunity to join the Our Generation Speaks Fellowship at Brandeis University. The 3-month Fellowship aims to create an entrepreneurial community of leaders committed to shaping a peaceful future in the Region that is built on trust and innovation.

Although this experience has been incredibly enriching, it has also brought unexpected financial burdens, where I find myself facing a hold balance at Augsburg University ($4,802) that I am unable to cover on my own, and failure to register for the next semester leads to losing my F1 Visa Status. That is why I am turning to you, my community of supporters, for help.

I have set up this GoFundMe campaign with the hope that together, we can raise the necessary funds to clear my hold balance and ensure that I can continue my education uninterrupted.
