Support Myanmar Protesters and Their Families
Violence at anti-coup protests in Myanmar continues to claim more lives, as the death toll raises daily. Despite weeks of killings, the nationwide civil disobedience movement shows no sign of waning, now a month and a half after the Feb. 1 military coup that ousted the civilian leadership.
To stand in solidarity with the protesters in their fight for democracy, we are raising funds to financially support individuals who are courageously protesting the violent military coup. Many protesters are facing financial hardship, as the protests have largely halted the economy.
We have connections with young professionals who are active in leadership roles for the protests, whose identities are remaining anonymous for their personal safety. They will be responsible for managing these funds to meet the needs of their protest teams. We pledge that 100% of funds from this campaign will be utilized to support individuals injured, families whose loved ones have been killed, bail funds, and other essential and urgent needs.
Your support is greatly appreciated! If you are unable to donate, please help us by spreading the word on what is happening in Myanmar.
