Support Nafez's Family Rebuild Life in Gaza

Hi my name is Whitney and I am from Minnesota. I am raising funds to help my friend Nafez Atallah Saeed Al-Darimli, a 31 year old father and husband currently living and displaced in Gaza, he is looking to raise money so that he can support his wife, three children and rebuild their lives in Gaza.

Nafez and his family have lost their home, family and friends. They have been displaced four times now in the last 8 months and displacements are very expensive. If they don't move to a new displacement location they face an even greater threat of death. The cost of basic necessities is impossible to afford anymore. There is no work or way to earn money. There is nothing, everything has been destroyed. Everything Nafez had is gone and he needs help to support his family. They are currently displaced in Kahn Younis

Nafez used to work as a reporter for a company, but has lost his job due to the destruction and on going invasion. He has 3 young children; Atallah (7), Abdullah (4) and Masah (2). All children who should be fed, provided with new clothes, have toys to play with and in school, Nafez wants to provide this to them as best he can. Nafez and his wife Mariam just want to be able to provide for their children and at this time that means asking for your help.

A message from Nafez:

"All I want for me and my family is to live safely and find the necessary necessities of life and help to compensate us for our homes, our lost jobs and our lives that have become worthless... I thank everyone who helps us and supports us, even if it is the simplest things, even with words, and all thanks to you because you care about what helps us. What we miss most is being able to come home, to go out to eat at a restaurant. Our dreams are to return home and rebuild. We are from Gaza, the Thalathini area. We face the difficulties of the high cost of living and displacement from place to place. What you will do by donating is help us face the difficulty of life and achieve as much as possible of the children's requirements of clothing, drinking, happiness and security. I thank you because you care about helping us."

We are looking to raise $10,000 to help Nafez and his family. Right now any money raised will go first to affording the necessities for the children. Things such as food, water, shelter, clothes. toys and any other item needed for their security and happiness. When the time comes Nafez wants to use remainder to help rebuild their lives, he wants to provide a safe and happy home for his children. I will deposit the funds to my savings account and transfer them to Nafez.
