Hi, I’m Naima—and I’m fundraising to continue chasing my wrestling dreams.

I’m a junior in high school, and I’m proud to be the first female wrestler in Fauquier County. When I started wrestling, I had no idea what it would lead to—but over the past few years, I’ve fallen in love with the sport and worked hard to build something that didn’t exist for girls here before.

Wrestling has taken me to some incredible places:

• I’m a two-time All-American

• State runner-up

• Team captain & MVP

• Three-time Fargo competitor

• US Open Invitee – Las Vegas

• Battle of the Braids Champion

• Zone 3 Regional Silver Medalist

• Placed 5th & 7th at Beast of the East

• 3rd at Powerade Nationals

This year, I’ll be returning to Fargo and traveling to the US Open in Las Vegas—two of the biggest tournaments in the country. These experiences are helping me grow as a competitor, a leader, and a voice for women in wrestling.

But the truth is, these trips are expensive—between travel, lodging, tournament fees, and training, the costs add up fast. That’s why I’m asking for your support. Any donation, no matter the size, will help me keep showing up, not just for myself, but for every girl watching who might want to step onto the mat one day too.
