Nancy Alexander Blincoe was born on January 24, 1935, in Louisville, Kentucky, to Bessie Kate Smith-Alexander and lovingly raised by her stepfather, William Newman Alexander. On October 2, 2024, at the age of 89, Nancy was peacefully called home to rest.
As we come together to celebrate her life, we are kindly asking family, friends, and loved ones for any support to help with the memorial services for this remarkable woman who touched so many lives. Your generosity, no matter how small, will make a meaningful difference in honoring Nancy’s memory in the way she truly deserves.
Nancy was known for her kind and generous heart, always ensuring that those around her were cared for, whether through warm meals, a helping hand, or simply her comforting presence. She found joy in spending time with loved ones, attending gatherings, shopping at Goodwill, and watching her favorite TV shows like Walker and Judge Judy. Her love for cooking created lasting memories for those who shared a seat at her table, as her meals were always prepared with love and care.
Nancy’s legacy of love, kindness, and generosity will continue to live on in the hearts of everyone who knew her. We hope that those who can will contribute to help us provide her the beautiful farewell she so richly deserves. Any and all support is deeply appreciated during this time of remembrance.
Thank you for keeping Nancy and her family in your thoughts and prayers
