Support Natalie's Documentary on Black Beauty

Hey, my name is Natalie Bullock Brown, and I am raising funds for a documentary film I have been working on for some years. The film started off as an exploration of the white beauty standard on Black women and girls, but has evolved into a film that looks at Black women, beauty and aging. I'm taking my fundraising to the streets because the documentary funding landscape has not been kind to this project. That's kind of the nature of the beast, though, especially in this particular moment. culturally and politically However, I'm determined to make this film.

Any funds raised will be used to film and construct a new work sample that embodies the spirit and illustrates visually what the larger film will look like. A work sample is critical to applying for and raising funds for a documentary, and while I have an old work sample, it must be updated.
