Support Needed for Bike Accident Survivor

I was recently in a bike accident. I don't remember the impact and no witnesses came forward, so I don't know exactly what happened. I have a concussion, my face/skull is fractured, my hand is broken, and my body is in a lot of pain. As such, I'm unable to work, and I have bills to pay, and a son to support, so I'm throwing pride to the side and asking for help. Thank you in advance to anyone who is able to donate. UPDATE:

Since my accident I've been experiencing dizziness and memory issues. I'm still being referred to multiple specialists for treatment. I've also yet to be hired despite my ongoing efforts. I'd love to be done with this funding situation, but unfortunately that isn't the case.

I appreciate anyone who has helped, and anyone who helps in the future. I'm hoping to be back in a financially stable place very soon.
