Support Needed for Eye Surgery Recovery

*Recent update*

I was informed that I lost my job due to excessive absence. I am waiting for an unemployment determination, but because it’s a new month, my bills are due again. I know things are tough for people in this economy, but anything would help right now. I am scheduled to see when I can have my vision fixed in my non surgical eye. As soon as soon as that is done, I will be able to get back to working. If anyone can help, it would be amazing.

I have to have to ask for help, but I am out of options. I had surgery on my eye on December 12th. My eye pressure is very low and have been instructed to remain face down until the 24th. I am unable to work and am unable to pay my basic living expenses for a short while and have no savings to fall back on. I don’t need a huge amount fortunately, but unfortunately I don’t have any immediate family that can help. Any bit would help and would mean the world to me. I will make it through this and will get back on my feet. I just need some help while I heal.

**Update

My surgery was successful, however my vision is going to take a couple weeks to clear. The vision in my right eye is very grainy and will require laser treatment also. Because of the grainy vision, I’m not comfortable driving safely so I am not able to get to and from work. I would catch a ride but I don’t have any coworkers around me, so I will have to take at least another week off. With my housing and other utilities coming due soon, I am in a bit of a pickle. If anyone is able to help me out at all, I would be very greatful. I know times are tough for a lot of people and I am not one to ask for help, unless I absolutely need it. I have received s surprising amount of support already, but unfortunately a little more is still needed. Thank you.
