Support Needed for Medical Copays

This is a mini-fundraiser to help me keep up with medical copays, mostly for an echocardiogram. Which didn't show anything alarming, btw. But I still have to pay a big bill that the insurance didn't cover. the medical provider won't let me set up payments, so sny help is appreciated.
