I’m Safe After Car Fire, Please Support For New Car Help

Unfortunately, my car's engine died (exploded) while I was driving on 270 to my weekly medical treatment. I rely on my vehicle for work and life, so I need to replace the engine or get a new (used) car. This timing couldn’t be worse as I am also in the middle of a big move to a new state. I would appreciate any help for the repairs or to put a down payment on a new car.

I am a teacher and performer. I have weekly medical treatments to get to as well as work and shows all around the DMV. Soon I will be commuting from Virginia to Silver Spring MD and this will not be feasible without a car.
