Support Needed for Recovery After Miscarriage
Donation protected
At the beginning of March, I went to the doctor for severe, constant cramping. What I thought was just a concerning symptom turned into something life-altering. I found out I was pregnant — with twins — and also learned that I was already beginning to miscarry. Three days later, I began actively miscarrying.
The physical and emotional toll was immense. My partner and I both took time off work so I could have the support I needed, especially as complications sent us back and forth to the ER. What we hoped would be a brief recovery turned into two very difficult weeks of medical visits and pain.
Unfortunately, during this time, we fell behind financially far more than we anticipated. We’ve exhausted every option available to us and are now asking for help to get through this month while we continue to recover and catch up. We’re seeking $3,000 to cover essential expenses — rent, bills, and basic needs — while we work to get back on our feet.
This experience has been incredibly difficult, and it’s hard to ask for help — Any support you’re able to give, whether it’s a donation or simply sharing this, means more to us than words can express.
Thank you for reading, and thank you for helping us through this chapter.
