Support Needed for Zachary's Final Journey
Donation protected
With a very heavy heart I am asking for help with funeral & burial costs to send our brother home properly.
Last Friday November 29th my brother, Zachary Gipson became paralyzed from the waist down. He has always been a very hard working man so this was a big shock to us, and why he became paralyzed was any mother and siblings worst nightmare.
Zach was taken by ambulance to St Vincent in Anderson, and then quickly transported to St Vincent on 86th Indianapolis after scans showed large tumors found all over his body, but especially in his lungs, liver and spine. The cancer had spread to his liver and stomach which cause his bowels to back up, and the muscles and nerves in his legs and feet got very weak. He spent one week fighting for his life and tragically passed Friday December 6th, 2024 at 12:28pm.
He was diagnosed with small cell cancer that started in his lungs, but quickly became very aggressive and took over his entire body. Over the last week they’ve done scans and more cancer popped up with every scan.
Zach was only 39 years old, working as an independent contractor with no benefits or life insurance. We are asking for donations to give him a proper home going, and help ease some of this pain for our mother. Everything is greatly appreciated and all proceeds will go to his home going.
