Donate to Shelley Sykes and Members impacted by Fires

This fundraiser is setup to be tax-free for our recipients as Netball America® is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit member-based organization that is in the USA.

Netball America co-founders and directors are rallying together to help support Netball America members and volunteers who have been impacted by the deadly California fires, including Dr Shelley Sykes, who has contributed to Netball America® since 2014 as well as members of the Los Angeles Waves Netball Club and Santa Monica Spirits Netball Club.

Dr. Shelley Sykes who not only lost her beloved son Rory Sykes in the fires, all she has remaining is the clothes on her back. We've had other volunteers who also have homes they can't return to, so they are in immediate need of basic necessities, lodging, and other services and needs, such as laptops.

Your tax-deductible donation will go directly to help Dr Shelley Sykes and our other members and volunteers. Funds will be disbursed directly to those members and volunteers directly impacted. The funds will be distributed to assist them in purchasing meals, medications lost, hygiene products, lodging, phones/tablets/adapters lost, school supplies needed due to schools burnt down, undergarments etc.

We want to hear from other Netball America® members and volunteers who also need assistance at this time.
