Support Nicky's family

Nicky is my little cousin, he is the same age as my Matthew. Nicky was born with a rare syndrome known as Koolen de vries syndrome. 17q21.31 aka Koolen de vries was discovered in 2006. Nicky suffers from seizures and it was a series of seizures that caused him to now be on life support. As I put this fundraiser together he is being transferred from Jersey Shore to CHOP. My cousin his mother will be out of work and there will be medical costs while Nicky is in patient. If you could donate I would appreciate it.
