Support Nina and family to be close to Myles whilst in ICU

Hi, my name is Sarah, Nina’s sister.

Myles, who’s only 22, was rushed into hospital on Saturday 5th October after suffering from a cardiac arrest and had emergency surgery to remove a sizeable blood clot from his brain. He is currently in an induced coma in Neuro Intensive Care in London, fighting for his life, whilst we as a family, are desperately waiting by his bedside.

The next 72 hours are vital and we are praying that the outcome will be that he will successfully come out of sedation, wakes and that he will be ok. However; we are fully aware, that will just be the start of his recovery journey.

Understandably, my sister Nina, doesn’t want to leave his side and when we can’t be at the hospital, we need to be close by.

For those that know Nina, she will always be the person there to help others but isn’t so much the one to ask for help. She independently runs her own business, which sadly, will be closed until further notice.

Donations will go towards the cost of accommodation, travel to and from the hospital and support daily expenses. All additional funds will then go towards Myles recovery and rehabilitation.

We are currently staying in a hotel but are looking at longer term alternatives which are looking at being at least £700+ per week. At present we don’t know what the outcome will be or how long we will need to stay but appreciate with all our hearts any amount that people can spare.
