I’m Tamara, a longtime friend and patient of Anderson and Cattone PT—when I say longtime, I mean 15+ years! If you know me, you know how much I love Sarah and Noal. They are an incredible PT duo, and I recommend them to anyone willing to drive to Seattle or even out to Bainbridge.

One of the hardest things I’ve had to witness is the decline in Noal’s health. He is an active, kind, and vibrant person who has been hit with unimaginable challenges. Noal has been battling kidney failure for over eight years, and two years ago, he received the devastating news that bone marrow cancer was the underlying cause.

I started this GoFundMe because Noal and his family are facing overwhelming financial hardship, and he is in desperate need of another kidney. After years of fighting to stay afloat, they’ve reached a breaking point—the medical system has failed Noal, and now their finances are failing them. The medical bills are staggering.

Now, Noal is preparing to spend three months at the Mayo Clinic in hopes of getting the treatment he needs to start his path to recovery. This means he won’t be able to work, adding to their financial strain. Despite everything—dialysis, chemo, and constant treatments—Noal has continued to work as much as possible. He is an absolute rock star, and his strength is nothing short of inspiring.

Between managing his treatments and working, there has been little time for what truly matters—quality time with his family and focusing on healing. Our goal is to relieve some of the financial burden so Noal can prioritize his health without the added stress of lost income and mounting bills.

What amazes me most is their outlook through it all. They are fighters. They are strong. But above all, they are kind, loving, and generous people. I hope our community can rally together to raise funds, find a donor, and give Noal the chance to live the active, adventurous life he deserves—sharing joy and adventure with his wife and son.
