Support Norman Robert Hunter III's Journey

Hello, my name is Portia Hunter, and I am raising funds to help my father, Norman Robert Hunter III, bid his final farewell. Norman was born on March 12th, 1960, in Brooklyn, New York, and passed away on Aug 12th, 2024, in Augusta, Georgia after battling several chronic illnesses. He was a strong man, who endured many difficult and trying times during his time on this earth, but he always found light in the hands of God, his family, friends, neighbors, and also in music. My father was a progressive drummer, as he had a deep love for progressive music, jazz, and many other genres. He played in a band in high school and later in life sometimes was a drummer for the church. He loved to talk, listen to good music; laugh and he loved his bible, among many other things. No matter his troubles or worries, he never let life get him down, and for that I want nothing more than to be able to celebrate him.

In saying that, I'm reaching out to my friends, coworkers, and family for support. If you're able to help in any way, I appreciate and thank you from the bottom of my heart. No matter how big or small your contribution, it would be a huge help so that my father may have a beautiful and joyous send off.
