Support Nubia's Journey to Recovery

Hello Friends and Family-

I share this to ask for any financial assistance you can offer to our Nubia to help her replace the vehicle she was in when she had a bullet go through her car and strike her in both legs. On June 24, 2024, our Nubia, while at a stoplight, became a gunshot survivor. A stray bullet from a daytime shooting went through her car door and struck her in both legs. With all thanks and praise to God, she is recovering.

Her request follows:

Recently, I was involved in a horrifying incident where, while waiting at a red light, I became a victim of a shooting. A stray bullet went through my car door and struck me in the legs, leaving me injured and shaken to the core.

The emotional and physical pain of this experience has been overwhelming. The car, once a symbol of my independence and freedom, has now become a very painful reminder of that day. It's difficult to describe the trauma of being trapped in my very first car, helpless and hurt.

In addition to the medical challenges I'm now facing, my car was damaged during the incident. With memories of so much of my blood soaked into the seats and a bullet hole in the door, I do not see how I regain my sense of normalcy and independence with that vehicle.

I humbly ask for your support to help me with obtaining a car. In addition to the costs of my medical treatments, I am unable to work. Any amount you can give will make a difference and bring me one step closer to reclaiming my life. If you are unable to donate, sharing this campaign with your network would mean the world to me.
