It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of my brother Omar Eldilemi, a young man whose life was a testament to love, kindness, and unwavering devotion to his family. At just 32, my brother Omar was a light in the lives of those who knew him—a son, brother, and friend who always put others before himself. His heart was full of dreams, dreams of seeing his family thrive and come together, of bringing joy and love into our lives every single day. He was our rock, our source of strength, and the one who always found a way to make things better, no matter how tough life became.

My brother Omar had a special bond with our parents, a connection built on deep love and respect. He took care of them with the same tenderness they had once shown him, ensuring they were never without what they needed. But more than that, he gave all of us his time, his laughter, his unwavering support. Our parents were his world, and he was theirs. Now, in this time of unimaginable sorrow, they face not only the heartache of losing their son but also the uncertainty of how to move forward without him by their side.

In memory of my brother Omar and the love he shared with all of us, we are reaching out to the family and community he cherished so much. We hope to gather support for my parents, to also help them get a headstone for my beautiful brother and allowing them the time and space to grieve their tremendous loss without the immediate pressures of financial worry.
