Support Oscar in His Time of Need

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to share that my brother-in-law Oscar’s mother—whom we lovingly called Tía Blanca—passed away on April 25th after a long and difficult battle with health complications. Her loss has left a deep void in the lives of those who knew and loved her.

At this time, Oscar is urgently seeking help to cover the funeral and burial expenses. I’m hoping that, together, we can ease this burden for him through donations, no matter the amount.

Oscar has been a steady source of strength for our family. When we went through the heartbreaking loss of our dad, he showed up for us in every way possible—with unwavering love and support. Now, we want to show up for him. Helping him lay his mother to rest with dignity is the least we can do to honor that kindness.

Tía Blanca was a devoted mother and a proud grandmother. She was a hardworking woman who faced life’s challenges with courage and grace. Her memory deserves to be honored, and her son deserves the chance to say goodbye without the added weight of financial stress.

Les escribo con el corazón entristecido para compartir que la madre de mi cuñado Oscar—quien con cariño llamábamos Tía Blanca—falleció el 25 de abril tras una larga y difícil lucha contra complicaciones de salud. Su partida ha dejado un profundo vacío en las vidas de quienes la conocieron y amaron. En este momento, Oscar está buscando ayuda de manera urgente para cubrir los gastos del funeral y el entierro. Espero que, entre todos, podamos aliviar esta carga a través de donaciones, sin importar la cantidad. Oscar ha sido una fuente constante de fortaleza para nuestra familia. Cuando atravesamos la dolorosa pérdida de nuestro padre, él estuvo ahí en todo momento, con un amor y un apoyo incondicionales. Ahora, queremos estar ahí para él. Ayudarlo a despedir a su madre con dignidad es lo mínimo que podemos hacer para honrar su generosidad. Tía Blanca fue una madre dedicada y una abuela orgullosa. Fue una mujer trabajadora que enfrentó los desafíos de la vida con valentía y gracia. Su memoria merece ser honrada, y su hijo merece poder despedirse de ella sin la carga adicional del estrés financiero. Si pueden contribuir, estaríamos profundamente agradecidos. Cualquier cantidad ayuda. Y si en este momento no pueden donar, compartir este mensaje también significaría muchísimo. Gracias de todo corazón por su apoyo, amor y compasión en estos momentos.
