Support Our Family After Eaton Fire Tragedy

My name is Zuly and my home on Glenrose and Woodbury in Altadena was burned down in the Eaton Fire. We are shocked and heartbroken to have lost everything in this fire. It is the only home I have ever known, all my memories somehow include my house. It was where all of my family, extended family, friends, and neighbors gathered. Everyone was always welcomed.

The house filled with smoke so fast, we had no electricity, couldn't see, and my disability (Charcot-Marie-Tooth), which impacts my mobility, made it impossible for me to gather anything. All I left with was my purse, medication, and walker.

We are a large household and in the rush to leave, left all of our valuables as well as our essentials. It is all gone.

My mom, brother, his 2 daughters, my husband, my dog, and I lost all of our home, clothing, shoes, toiletries, food; the list goes on.

We have limited resources and are currently cramming in at my sister's house because we have nowhere else to go. We are reaching out to ask for your support during this difficult time. Your generosity, no matter the size, will go to provide the essentials we urgently need.

We are praying for all those affected by the fires, for our neighbors and friends who lost their homes, and for our beautiful Altadena.
